Specifically, Content Suppliers that received permission to supply their works to our webpage must meet the following requirements with regard to their content:

They have freely and knowingly given their consent to appear in the content at the time it was produced and agreed to its publication on our website.

2. Record Keeping Compliance: The content supplier agrees to adhere to the record-keeping requirements stipulated under U.S.C. § 2257 for all content uploaded to our website. They must also be ready to present such documentation upon request. Moreover, all records related to the depictions contained on this site, as mandated by federal law, will be made accessible to authorized inspectors by the Records Custodian at our company (please refer to our company profile page).
